The Morning Jam (Part 3)
I scaled down the escalator
I see the sleepy eyes and
The face surrounding them
If only they slept early
The inconsiderate yawn
The complaining cranking
Of the escalator plates
When is next maintenance
So many take for granted
The steady ride up down
Yet the escalators also
Need a break and lubricate
Why some can sunny shine
While some are sleepy ahhh
Can I decide care enough
For my eyes say No Phones
Rejoice
