How do I know the apple taste good? Take a bite. How do I know the medicine works? Take the prescription. How do I know meditation helps? Try it and see the difference. How do I know the person is good or so so? Talk to the person. How do I know if the study course is useful? Study the contents or after the course, apply the lessons learnt or ask other participants in the course how did it go for them.
Without application, daily doing becomes just going through the motion. The feedback must come back for learning.
How do I know the Bible is true? Read it. How do I know Jesus is real? Find Him out. How did the people of the faith experience Him? Check them out. Do it yourself.
