What Do I Think When I Am Sick?

The battle within. 
Of good and evil. 
Bacteria vs Virus.
Phlegm vs Mucus. 
Panadol vs Brufen. 
Porridge vs Rice.
Cough syrup black or red. 
Fedac vs Zytac-D. 
Antibiotics - its purpose
One cough, how much bacteria?
One mucus or one lump of phlegm - how much and what is made of? Does it dissolve with water in the bowls? Does it form into the Blob?
No chicken please! Why?
To give the body ease of digestion, take soft food ie porridge, soupy items.
This helps consistent bowels movement, with lots of intake of fluids, else may experience constipation. 
Take in healthy fruits i.e. banana, apples, not heaty ones i.e. mango
Vitamins especially C

The Lord God knows all things and desires the best for us. Trust in Him. 

Thanksgiving for things we have taken for granted.
