From the internet, we learn that leprosy is a disease that affects the nerve system of the body and the person loses the ability to feel and that important feeling of pain also, without which we can get cut and not be conscious of it. Therefore we can thank God for the wonderful gift of pain.
Sin is like leprosy, causing us to lose sensitivity or numb to God and His blessings. We are like enjoying the mud and there is to it and ignorant to the beautiful blessings on the beaches of the coast of heaven.
How then can they be saved from this entrapment or death?
Someone from heaven comes, isn't it right? But still you and I have to stretch out your hand to grab hold of Jesus's in order to be saved.
Who wants to stretch out hand and be saved, show it now?
Just like the leper in the Bible event that happened in history, he received the miraculous healing (the body has feeling once again, the gift of pain) and Jesus asked the healed leper to be His witness before the priests.
In another occasion where Jesus healed, ten lepers were healed but only one came back to give praise to Jesus. And this man is a Samaritan.
Make effort to thank God.
