The need for visuals has become an excuse for the brain to etch an instant recall for words or speech or work list.
Once more I have forgotten to get more plastic bags for the shop. What happened!? I didn't see the plastic bag in order to remind me to purchase them. I needed the visual.
Get yourself a notebook!
And write down, for saving time sake and sharing time sake.
