Celebrate Today

Celebrate - to observe, commemorate, make known publicly, praise widely or present to widespread audience

We take many things for granted each day, even for myself. The air we breathe, the shelter we have, the food we consume, the education we had, the health we possess, the water we drink, the family members we associate with or the friends or colleagues we work with. Even if you are careful with things, somehow we may lax or lack the discipline in certain aspects.

How can we celebrate today? It could just be getting a rose for yourself or for someone special or just a stranger along the streets. It could also just be donating your blood to the Blood bank during the Blood Donation Drive. If blood you cannot, you can also give of your money. If money you lack, you certainly can give of your time. Just like a baby who needs the presence of parents for growth, your presence and our presence in someone else's lives would make a difference.

Start with one. Share the spark. Pass the flame. Fan the flame.

It can even be as simple as teaching someone a word or skill or even sharing a word or blog like this with someone.

Bible verse found in Hebrews 3:13
But encourage one another daily,
as long as it is called Today,
so that none of you may be
hardened by sin’s deceitfulness.
